Commercial photography for an exciting office development

Monocle is a vibrant commercial space in Hull, offering flexible offices, collaborative workspaces, and a welcoming café environment. The building, formerly Europa House, recently underwent a full refurbishment to create a modern, versatile environment for businesses and visitors alike.

Working with Allenby Commercial, we photographed the refurbished space to highlight its contemporary design, high-quality furnishings, and stylish 70s-inspired aesthetic. Our goal was to provide a library of images suitable for marketing, social media, and printed materials, helping Monocle showcase its offering to prospective clients and tenants.

We captured a mix of wide-angle interiors and exteriors, detailed shots of furnishings, and lifestyle-style imagery. Special attention was given to the downstairs café, presenting it as both a social hub and a professional workspace.

During editing, blemishes and construction remnants were removed in Photoshop, and images were fine-tuned with soft, warm tones to complement the interior design. The final photographs communicate the modern yet approachable character of Monocle, while clearly showcasing the quality and attention to detail of the refurbishment.
